Projects
Projects should communicate contribution, impact, and thinking, not just architecture notes.
This page focuses on the projects that best show my role, contribution, impact, and growth.

Featured Research Project
LLM-NSMA Framework
Undergraduate Researcher
Undergraduate Research
Jul 2024 - Present
Snapshot
Building an intelligent monitoring and analysis framework for Kubernetes-based edge network services by combining observability infrastructure with LLM-assisted diagnosis.
Why It Mattered
Edge network services are difficult to monitor and interpret in practice. I wanted to make system behavior, performance signals, and diagnostics easier to understand and act on.
My Contribution
- Architected the system monitoring infrastructure in an edge computing environment using Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Engineered an intelligent monitoring and analysis workflow that integrates LLMs for network service diagnostics and performance evaluation.
- Contributed to the research writing that resulted in an accepted paper at ICCCI 2026.
Why Recruiters Should Care
The work has been accepted for publication and presentation at the 2026 8th International Conference on Computer Communication and the Internet (ICCCI), with an acceptance rate below 55%.
What I Learned
I learned how to connect research questions with observability design, evaluation logic, and a system architecture that tells a coherent story.
What This Says About Me
This project reflects how I think: I like turning messy technical environments into systems that are more visible, interpretable, and decision-ready.
Featured Applied Product
EMBA AI Education Platform
AI Developer
College of Management, CGU
Nov 2025 - Present
Snapshot
Developing an AI-assisted learning platform for EMBA students with Dify, RAG pipelines, and task-specific AI agents that support real educational workflows.
Why It Mattered
Many AI learning tools stop at a generic chatbot. This project matters because it focuses on making AI genuinely useful for busy, goal-oriented learners in a real academic setting.
My Contribution
- Developed an AI-assisted learning platform tailored for EMBA students using Dify, RAG, and multiple LLM toolchains.
- Designed task-specific AI agents that troubleshoot educational challenges and provide personalized learning support.
- Worked on aligning AI behavior with practical user needs rather than novelty alone.
Why Recruiters Should Care
The platform moves AI support closer to a repeatable learning product instead of a one-off demo experience.
What I Learned
I learned how to turn model capability into structured user value, especially for audiences who care more about usefulness than technical novelty.
What This Says About Me
This project shows that I do not just want to build clever systems. I want to build systems that people actually return to.
Inside The Work
Real moments behind the projects
A small number of well-placed photos can make the site feel more human. These belong here, where they reinforce the story behind the work instead of distracting from it.

LLM-NSMA / Lab Team
Research, in an actual room with actual people
This kind of image adds something text alone cannot: it shows the work as a lived research environment, not just a polished bullet point.

Meizhu Hackathon / Team Moment
Hackathons show the collaborative side of how I build
For fast-moving events like hackathons, group photos make the site feel more human and grounded without losing professionalism.

Side Projects & Experiments
Smaller builds that still say something important
These smaller experiments matter because they show how I learn in public, prototype under pressure, and keep exploring new tools.
2025
Taipei Metro Cup Hackathon
Hackathon Builder
Worked under hackathon constraints to shape and prototype an idea quickly around a public problem statement, earning a selection award.
Short-cycle competitions sharpen how I frame problems fast and make technical decisions under pressure.
2025
Hsinchu x Mei-Chu Hackathon - NXP Track
Hackathon Builder
Joined a semiconductor-linked hackathon environment that pushed me to work fast with teammates and move ideas toward workable demos.
I enjoy ambiguous, time-bounded environments where execution quality matters as much as ideation.
2025
DevJam TW Gemini API Exploration
Prototype Explorer
Explored Gemini API-based ideas and developer workflows as part of a fast iteration environment focused on applied AI experimentation.
These experiments help me stay hands-on with new model tooling while keeping an eye on product usefulness.
What It Says About Me
The patterns underneath the project list
Across these projects, the recurring themes are systems thinking, clarity, and practical usefulness.
I translate complexity into decisions
Whether the problem is technical infrastructure or an AI workflow, I try to make the next action clearer, not more abstract.
I care about systems and people together
I enjoy the layer where research, engineering, and user needs need to fit together instead of being treated as separate worlds.
I build with ownership
Leadership in projects, classrooms, and on the court has trained me to execute, coordinate, and stay steady under ambiguity.
